Comedian Kurt Braunohler kicked off his Jet Ski for goats campaign Mississippi River journey over the weekend, which included a stop in St. Louis.

To promote his fundraiser, which will buy goats and chickens for families in Africa, Braunohler is riding a Jet Ski down the Mississippi River from Chicago to New Orleans, and documenting the trip on social media using the hashtag #GetWet4Goats.

Braunohler and Jon Daly stopped Saturday at Big Daddy’s on the Landing to tell a few jokes and pose for photos.

They also rode the Jet Ski under the Arch (thanks to some help from about 30 fans).

After St. Louis, Braunohler stopped in Kaskaskia, Ill., and Cape Girardeau. He plans to arrive in New Orleans on Thursday. The fundraiser continues until July 29.
