St. Louis to forgive nonviolent warrants

St. Louis officials announced Thursday that the city’s municipal court would clear outstanding warrants issued before Oct. 1 for nonviolent and non-alcohol-related traffic violent. Ferguson journalist again shares information from closed-door meeting

A second town hall meeting was held in Ferguson on Tuesday night and again it was limited to Ferguson residents and closed to the media.
