Cafe di Organo is serving kopi luwak coffee.
Touted on the cafe’s website as “the world’s most expensive and rarest coffee,” kopi luwak is coffee made from the beans of coffee berries that have been “eaten and egested by the Asian palm civet.”
That’s right, we’re talking about civet poop.
The civet coffee runs $15 a shot; Chelsy McInnis wasn’t impressed with her free sample.
@angelamarie85 it also tastes like green tea with some coffee in it. where's the appeal?
